These services typically include coordinating funeral arrangements, providing emotional support to the grieving family, and assisting in the logistical aspects of the funeral process.
Aims & Objectives
- To help Kashmiri-Canadians to realize their potential as full participants in Canada.
- To preserve and promote the heritage, culture and languages of Kashmiri-Canadians.
- To provide a forum for exchange of ideas, discussions of issues“ and concerns among Kashmin-Canadians.
- To promote understanding and good relationship between Kashmiri-Canadians and other ethnic groups in Canada.
- To provide for the recreation of the members and to promote and afford opportunity for friendly and social activities.
- To provide a meeting place for the consideration and discussion of questions affecting the interests of the community.
- To provide all necessary equipment and furniture for carrying on its various objects.
- To provide a centre and suitable meeting place for the various activities of the community.
- To procure the delivery of lectures on social, education, political; economic and other subjects, and to give and arrange musical and dramatic entertainment.
