1. Anyone with roots from the state of Jammu and Kashmir can become a member.

2. The annual membership fee is $120.

3. A single membership covers the applicant, their spouse, and dependent children.

4. Dependents are children under 22 years old who are still pursuing their studies.

5. Individuals over 22 years old, if they are students living in the same dwelling, require separate memberships.

6. Membership is open to residents of Canada, permanent residents, students, visitors, and temporary foreign workers, including super visa residents.

7. Parents residing with their children, whether temporarily or permanently, require separate memberships.

8. Married children aged 18 and over living with their parents need separate memberships.

9. Membership fees are waived for individuals with severe disabilities, whether children or adults.

10. Any individual who misses payment for three consecutive months will no longer be considered a member of KCA .

11. The Yearly membership fee must be paid in month of January every year to maintain membership.
